Great location in relation to our shopping outing at St. Johns Towne Center.

Room had not been cleaned properly. There was something that looked like popcorn in both chairs at the table and the carpet had definitely not been vacuumed. It was evident that it had not been cleaned, not an instance where we had to look for something wrong.

This venue is conveniently located close to the town center, shopping areas, and restaurants, offering well-maintained rooms with TVs.

Everyone on staff were friendly & always smiling & greeting everyone. The lobby was warm & inviting & the breakfast area was always clean & well stocked. The hotel's location is wonderful. It's just a few steps to St Johns Town Center.

It would be nice to have a little more variety for breakfast. Seems like most of it comes prepackaged & just requires a little warming..however, it was well stocked at all times.

The rooms are spacious and well-organized, featuring kitchens, a separate cozy bedroom, and a TV 🏠.

Like I said the costumer service was poor . And they charged to my account closed to 1,000 for stay that was going to cost me 350.00 today is Tuesday and am still trying to take those charges in my account.

This place was pretty clean, the room was well-maintained and the bed was cozy; the breakfast was decent, hot, and had plenty of food choices; the room we stayed in had a kitchenette and a comfortable couch.

No clean towels waited 1 1/2 hrs for them pull out couch had crushed chips in it called for bedding said 30ins but look 3xs that. Breakfast was horrible most needed refilling rest was cold. They had sev LG groups booked but did not staff for it. We would not stay here again):

We paid top dollar for our room. We left the room at 11am and returned at 11pm, Our room had not been cleaned. Beds unmade and wet towels from the night before still in the shower. Absolutely unacceptable!

The location and day staff was helpful

They cancelled our room even if booking said it was confirmed. Scott was NOT helpful and required a few back and forth calls before he helped us get a NEW room even if we were confirmed.
